CITYOFALAMEDARESOLUTIONNO.14925 APPROVINGTHECOMPENSATIONPLANBETWEENALAMEDA MUNICIPALPOWERUNREPRESENTEDMANAGEMENTEMPLOYEESAND THECITYOFALAMEDAFORTHEPERIODCOMMENCINGFEBRUARY23, 2014,ANDENDINGDECEMBER26,2015 WHEREAS,therehasbeensubmittedtothisCouncilaCompensation PlanbetweentheAlamedaMunicipalPowerUnrepresentedManagement EmployeesandtheCityofAlamedaCommencingFebruary23,2014and endingDecember26,2015;and WHEREAS,theCounciloftheCityofAlamedahasfullyexaminedsaid proposedCompensationPlan,andtherebyfindsanddeterminesadoptionof saiddocumenttobeinthebestinterestoftheCity;and WHEREAS,therehasbeensubmittedtothisCouncilaSalarySchedule forsaidunrepresentedpositionslistedasExhibit1totheCompensationPlan referencedabove;and WHEREAS,theCounciloftheCityofAlamedahasreviewedthesalary rates,salaryrangesandsalarystepsintheSalarySchedule,hasfully examinedsaidproposedSalaryScheduleandtherebyfindsanddetermines adoptionofsaiddocumenttobeinthebestinterestoftheCity.
