SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY JULY 31, 1979
Convened at 5:30 o'clock p.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmen Diament, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica, (4).
Absent: Councilman Sherratt, (1).
Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting had been acknowledged by
the Councilmen and was on file. Purpose of the special session was for an executive
session for a discussion of personnel matters and action thereon, if desired.
79-538 Councilman Diament moved the Council adjourn to executive session for a
discussion of personnel matters, seconded by Councilman Stone, carried on unanimous
voice vote of the members present. At the conclusion of discussion, it was
determined no action would be taken at this time.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned at
7:00 o'clock p.m.
