HELD THURSDAY - - - JULY 26, 1979
Convened at 4:00 o'clock p.m. with President Corica presiding,
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica,
(4). Absent: Councilman Diament, (1).
Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting had been acknowledged by
the Councilmen and was on file. Purpose of the special session was for an executive
session for a discussion of personnel matters and action thereon, if desired, and
for a discussion of litigation matters, and action thereon, if desired.
79-536 Councilman Sherratt moved the Council adjourn to executive session for a
discussion of personnel and litigation matters, seconded by Councilman Stone, carried
on unanimous voice vote of the members present. It was noted Councilman Diament
arrived at this time (4:10 o'clock p.m.). At the conclusion of discussion, it
was determined no action would be taken at this time.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned
at 5:30 o'clock p.m.
