HELD MONDAY MARCH 19, 1979
Convened at 4:00 o'clock p.m. with President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman, and President Corica,
(4). Absent: Councilman Beckam, (1).
Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of this Special Meeting had been acknowledged by the
Councilmen and was on file. Purpose of the special session was for an executive
session for a discussion of personnel matters and action thereon, if desired.
79 -175 Councilman Sherratt moved the Council adjourn to executive session for a
discussion of personnel matters, seconded by Councilman Diament, carried on
unanimous voice vote of the members present. At the conclusion of discussion,
it was determined no action would be taken at this time.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned
at 5:15 o'clock p.m.
