1977-09-15 Special CC MinutesSPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 15, 1977
The meeting convened at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall with
President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica were noted present. Absent: None.
Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of this Special meeting had been acknowledged by
the Councilmen and was on file. The purpose of this session was for discussion of
litigation and action thereon, if desired.
Councilman Sherratt moved the Council retire to executive session for a discussion of
litigation. The motion was seconded by Councilman Diament and carried unanimously
on voice vote.
At the conclusion of discussion it was determined no formal action would be taken at
this meeting and a special meeting would be scheduled for October 11, 1977.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Council adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
