HELD WEDNESDAY - - - JULY 13, 1977
Meeting convened at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall with
President Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL:
Roll was called and Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and President
Corica, (4), were noted present. Absent: Councilman Beckam, (1).
Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of this Special meeting had been acknowledged by
the Councilmen and was on file. Purpose of the session was for discussion of
personnel matters, and action thereon, if desired.
Councilman Sherratt moved the Council retire to executive session for a discussion
of personnel matters, seconded by Councilman Tillman, carried unanimously on voice
voted the members present.
It was noted Councilman Beckam arrived at 5:55 p.m.
At the conclusion of discussion, it was determined no formal action would be
taken at this meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Council adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
