Mayor Gilmore – 5.
[Note: Councilmember Daysog arrived at 6:04 p.m.]
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(14-156) Public Employees Performance Evaluations; Pursuant to Government Code
§54957; Positions Evaluated: City Attorney - Janet Kern and City Manager - John

Mayor Gilmore called a recess at 7:05 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 12:45 a.m.

Following the closed session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced no action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 1:30 a.m.
