NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDthattheAlamedaCityCouncilhereby ratifiestheactionoftheAlamedaPublicUtilitiesBoardapprovingAmendmentNo.1to theThirdAmendedandRestatedNCPAMeteredSubsystemAggregatorAgreementin theformpresentedtoday,andauthorizingtheInterimGeneralManagerofAlameda MunicipalPowertoexecutetheAgreementsonbehalfofAlamedaMunicipalPower. ***** I,theundersigned,herebycertifythattheforegoingResolutionwasdulyand regularlyadoptedandpassedbytheCounciloftheCityofAlamedainaregular meetingassembledonthe3rd dayofJune,2014,bythefollowingvotetowit: AYES:CouncilmembersChen,Daysog,EzzyAshcraft,Tamand MayorGilmore-5.
