CITYOFALAMEDARESOLUTIONNO.14930 ESTABLISHINGAPPROPRIATIONSLIMITFORFY14-15 WHEREAS,pursuanttoArticleXIIIBoftheConstitutionoftheStateof California,theCityCounciloftheCityofAlamedaisrequiredtoestablishan "AppropriationsLimit"forFY14-15;and WHEREAS,theAppropriationsLimithasbeendeterminedinaccordance withuniformguidelinesforArticleXIIIBoftheCaliforniaConstitution;and WHEREAS,thevotersapprovedProposition111inJune,1990,which allowsfornewadjustmentformulasfortheappropriationslimitcalculationthatis responsivetolocalgrowthissues.
