SPECIALMEETINGOFTHECOUNCILOFTHECITYOFALAMEDA HELDWEDNESDAY----------NOVEMBER29,1972 Themeetingconvenedat9:00o'clocka.m.intheConferenceRoom,No.303,withPresident LaCroixpresiding. ROLLCALL: NotedpresentwereCouncilmenFore,Levy,Longaker,McCallandPresidentLaCroix,Jr.,(5).Absent:None. TheNoticeandAgendaofthisspecialmeetinghadbeenacknowledgedby on file.Councilmenandwas 1.CouncilmanMcCallmovedtheCouncilretiretoexecutivesessiontodiscussprequali- ficationsofprospectivecontractorswhomightrenderpersonalservicestotheCityinpreparation ofanEnvironmentalImpactReportconcerningtheHarborBayIsleproject.CouncilmanForeseconded themotionwhichcarriedunanimously. 2.If AcommunicationhadbeenreceivedandsenttotheCouncilmenfromMr.William S.Olds,2605 CentralAvenue,objectingtodiscussionofthismatter in closedsessionandsuggestingtheCity AttorneybeinstructedtorequestfromtheStateAttorneyGeneralanopinionastothelegalityof suchdiscussion.
