Mrs. Beatrice Coyte, 617-0 Willow Street, and Mr. Robert Roberts, Jr., 601-K Willow Street, requested to speak under Reports and Recommendations, Item, No. 1. Mr. Robert Roberts, Jr., expressed his content as a renter and his opposition to apartment buildings being converted into condominiums. He commented on a survey :m;de by himself and other tenants, which indicated a majority of renters would not be interested in purchasing a condominium unit. Attorney Robert C. Kirkwood, ill Sutter Street, San Francisco, representing the developer, stated it was his understanding the variances referred to arose as a result of an amendment to the State Subdivision Map Act, which would permit condominium subdivisions. He remarked the original building had been constructed in compliance with all regulations in effect at the time. City Attorney Cunningham explained this action involved the approval or disapproval of the Tentative Map; that before approval could be given on the Final Map, the developer mould have had to comply Oth the requirements as set out in the City Engineerts Report. 08 UNFINISEED BUSINESS: The City Attorney explained the procedure to be followed upon ear 'ration of the amDrtization period. haTJ 11111003: The City Manager was requested to follow-throuEh on the suggestion. 18. Councilman McCall expressed his views concerning the Measures to be voted upon at the upcoming School Bond election of the Alaaeda Unified School District, particularly as they referred to the High School to be erected on Bay Farm Island, and the price per acre to be paid for the land by the District. 19. Councilman Corica commented on the excellent attendance at Council meetings and requested that sufficient copies of the Agenda be made available so every person might be furnished with one. 20. The following resolutions were introduced by Councilman McCall, who moved, their adoption: "Resolution No. 806Q Approving Parcel hap No. 1101 for Division into Condominiums of Property at 1.210 Broadway, and Permitting Recording Thereof (D. B. Bitner Co., Inc. )'' "Resolution No. 8064 Authorizing Execution of Agreement for Constrnction and Completion of Improvements in Connection with Parcel hap No. 1101 and Approving Fai hful Perfor- mance Bond as to Sufficiency (A Division into Condo- mAniums of` Property at 1210 Broadway — (D.
