AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
CHAPTER XXVII (DEVELOPMENT FEES) BY REPEALING
SECTION 27-2 (POLICE AND FIRE FEE REQUIREMENTS) IN ITS
ENTIRETY AND BY AMENDING CHAPTER III (FINANCE AND
TAXATION) BY REPEALING SECTION 3-60 (RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING UNIT TAX) IN ITS ENTIRETY
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1. The Alameda Municipal Code is amended by repealing Section 27-2 of
Chapter XXVII in its entirety.
Section 2. The Alameda Municipal Code is amended by repealing Section 3-60 of
Chapter III in its entirety.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of sixty
(60) days from the date of its final passage.
