HELD TUESDAY AFTERNOON, APRIL 30. 1963
The meeting convened at 3:15 o'clock p.m. sith.Presideut Godfrey presiding.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen La Croix, Jr,, McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (4),
were noted present. Absent: Councilman Freeman, (1).
NEW BUSINESS:
1. 7 Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of this special meeting had been acknowledged by the Coun-
cilmen and was on file. The meeting had been called for the purpose of discussing the appointments
of members to the several Boards, Commissions, Committees and Agencies of the City.
2. Councilman Rose moved the Council go into an executive session for its deliberations in this
respect. The motion was seconded by Councilman La Croix and unanimously carried.
Following a discussion of these matters, it was determined that no action would be taken at this
time concerning these appointments.
ADJOURNMENT:
3. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned at 4:30
o'clock p.m.
