The meeting convened at 4;00 o'clock p.m. with President Godfrey presiding.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr,, McCall and President Godfrey, (4),
were noted present. Absent: Councilman Rose, (1).
NEW DU5ZNESS:
l,' Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of this special meeting had been acknowledged by the Councilmen
and the document was on file. The meeting had been called for the purpose of discussing personnel
matters, and taking action thereon if so desired.
The Council went into an executive session for its deliberations on these mocters. It was then deter-
mined that no action would be taken at this Lime.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned.
