SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD FRIDAY AFTERNOON, JANUARY 12, 1962
The meeting convened at 3:30 o'clock p.m. with President Collischonn presiding.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen Godfrey, McCall, Schacht and President Collischonn, (4),
were noted present. Absent: Councilman Dungan, (1).
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Receipt of the Notice and Agenda for said special meeting had been acknowledged by each of the
Councilmen and was on file.
2.°/ The meeting had been called for the purpose of giving consideration to the appointment of a
member to fill the vacancy on the City Council due to the sudden death of Councilman William D.
Councilman McCall then moved the Council go into its executive session to discuss the purpose of the
meeting. The motion was seconded by Councilman Godfrey and unanimously carried.
Following the deliberations on the subject, it was determined that no action would be taken at this
ADJOURNMENT:
3. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned at 8:00
o'clock p.m.
