HELD TUESDAY EVENING, SEPTEMBER 25, 1962
The meeting convened at 7:30 o'clock p.m. with President Collischonn presiding.
RO CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen Godfrey, McCall, Rose, Schacht and President Collischonn,
(5), were noted present. Absent: None.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Receipt of the Notice and Agenda for said special meeting had been acknowledged by each of the
Councilmen and was on file.

2,v The meeting had been called for the purpose of considering appointment of a member of the Citi-
zens Advisory Committee for Community Improvement to replace Mr. Alton S. Lee, who had resigned.
Also, appointment of a City Attorney was to be discussed.
Councilman Godfrey moved the Council go into executive session for discussion of these subjects.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Schacht and on roll call carried by the following vote. Ayes:
Five. Noes: None. Absent: None.
Following deliberation, it was determined that no action would be taken at this meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
3. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned.
