HELD TUESDAY AFTERNOON, SEPTEMBER,12, 1961
The meeting convened at 4:00 o'clock p.m.-in the Council Chamber, Room 303, City Hall, Alameda,
with President Collischonn presiding.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen Dungan, Godfrey, McCall, Schacht and President Collischonn,
(5), were noted present. Absent: None.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Receipt of the Notice and Agenda for said special meeting had been acknowledged by each of the
Councilmen and was on file.

The meeting had been called for the purpose of considering the appointment of members to various
Boards, Commissions and Agencies of the City of Alameda, and taking action thereon if so desired.
Councilman Godfrey thereupon moved the Council go into executive session for its deliberations con-
cerning prospective appointees. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schacht and unanimously
carried.
At the conclusion of the discussion of certain appointments to several Bodies, it was determined
that no action would be taken on these matters at this meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
3. There being no further business- to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned.
