SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY EVENING, DECEMBER 5, 1961
The meeting convened at 7:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chamber, Room 303, City Hall, Alameda,
California, with President Collischonn presiding.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen Dungan, Godfrey, McCall, Schacht and President Collischonn,
(5), were noted present. Absent: None.
1. Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of said Special Meeting had been acknowledged by each of the
Councilmen and was on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

2. The meeting had been called for the purpose of considering prospective appointees to various
Boards, Commissions and Agencies of the City of Alameda and taking action thereon if so desired.
Councilman Dungan moved the Council go into an executive session for its deliberations. The motion
was seconded by Councilman Schacht and unanimously carried.
Having reached agreement on a certain proposed appointee, it was decided that official action would
be taken at the regular Council meeting to be held later in the evening.
ADJOURNMENT:
3. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned.
