The roll was called by the Deputy City Clerk at 8:00 P. M. and Councilmen
Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President Branscheid, (5), were noted absent.
ADJOURNMENT:
1. There being no quorum present, the meeting was adjourned to Tuesday evening,
October 1, 1946, at 8:00 P. M.
