After further discussion and a careful study of the zoning map, Councilman Carrington stated he felt the Planning Board had gone into the matter very thoroughly before mak- ing its recommendation. The Board had spent a great deal of time and the City had expended considerable money in setting up the present zoning ordinance and, while he believes the Planning Board and. Council will, at some future time, have to consider re-zoning certain sections of the City for drive-in markets as they are the coming thing, nevertheless he is opposed to granting this reclassification under the present zoning regulations. Mayor Weichhart stated he had every faith in the judgment of the Planning Board and did not feel he should take any issue with it at this time. The zoning ordinance had been discussed at joint meetings of the Planning Board and. Council and he believed the Coun- cil must adhere to the Board's opinion in this matter.
