HELD WEDNESDAY EVENING ........ ........ JULY 25th,1934
The meeting convened at 7:39 o'clock P.M. with President Murray presiding.
The roll was called and Councilmen Bruzzone, Eschen and President Murray,,
(3) were noted present. Absent: Councilmen Morris and Tiedemann (2).
1. A certified copy of resolution passed July 25th, 1934, by the Board of
Public Utilities,,, that the bid of the Gardner Electric Manufacturing Company to
furnish and deliver 1 - 333 KVA transformer and 3 - 200 KVA transformers for the
sum of $3688.00, be accepted and the contract awarded. The resolution of the
Board of Public Utilities was ordered filed.
2. Councilman Bruzzone introduced and moved the adoption of

Equipment".
Eschen seconded the motion and on roll call it was carried unanimously.
being no further business to transact, the Council adjourned to meet
session on Tuesday evening, August 7th, 1934, at 8 o'clock P.M.
