HELD TUESDKY EVENING ......... JANUARY 22nd, 1935
Tha meeting convened at 8 o'clock P.M. with President Murray presiding.
The roll was called and'CouncilMen Eschen, Morris, Roebke and President
Murray (4) were noted present. Absent: Councilman Tiedemann, (1).
/ The Clerk offered for filing the Affidavit of Service of Notice calling
this Special Meeting*. Ordered filed.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS:,
pl.Y From Alameda Aiiport, Inc., requesting the consent, authorization, and
approval of the Council to a sublease of Alameda Airport, Inc., to Pan American
Airways, Inc., of portion of the property covered by the leases to the Alameda
Airport, Inc., dated August 7th, 1928 and. December 3rd, 1929, respectively,
and submitting a copy of sublease. The communication was ordered filed.
RESOLUTION:
/2. Councilman Morris introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 1901
Consenting to a Sublease from Alameda Airport, Inc.
to Pan American Airways, Inc. of Tide and Submerged
Lands on the Western Waterfront of the City of Alameda"
Councilman Eschen seconded the motion and on roll call carried by the following
vote: Ayes: Councilmen Eschen, Morris and President Murray, (3). Noes: Council-
man Roebke, (1). Absent: Councilman Tiedemann,(1).
There being no further business to transact, the Council adjourned to meet
in Adjourned Regular Meeting on Friday evening, January 25th, at 8 o'clock P.M.
