Business District, Class V. It was recommended by the Commission that in justice to the minority of the property owners, and in view of the fact that it is not practical to use the property for other than business purposes, on its own initiative the Council reclassify all of the property not now included in Classes V and 711 on both sides of Park Street from Lincoln Avenue North to he southern line of the Estuary to class V. On motion of Mr. Shanly, seconded by Mr. Morris, and unanimously carried, the recommendation was adopted.
