The meeting convened at 9:00 o'clock P.M. with President Roebke presiding.
The roll was called and Councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris, Munro and Pres-
ident Roebke, (5), were noted present. Absent: None.
FILING:
1. The Clerk presented for filing the affidavit of service of the notice calling
this special meeting.
RESOLUTIONS:
2. Councilman Morris introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 2007
Adopting Plans and Specifications for Branch Public
Library",
Councilman Broyles seconded the motion and on roll call carried by the following
vote: Ayes: Councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris, Munro and President Roebke, (5),
Noes: None. Absent: None.
3. There being no further business, on motion of Councilman Munro, seconded by
Councilman Eschen, the meeting adjourned to meet in regular session on Tuesday
morning, November 19th, 1935, at 1100 o'clock A.M.
