HELD MONDAY EVENING, DECEMBER 30th, 1935
The meeting convened at 935 o'clock P.M. with President Roebke presiding.
The roll was called, and Councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris and. President Roebke
were noted present,(4). Absent: Councilman Munro, (1),

special meeting.
RESOLUTIONS:
2. Councilman Broyles introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 2020
A Resolution Ordering, Calling, Providing for and Giving
Notice of a Special Election to be Held in the City of
Alameda, State of California, on Tuesday, the 28th day of
January, 1936, for the Purpose of Submitting to the
Qualified Electors of said City Proposition to Grant
Certain Tide and Submerged Lands to the United States of
America for Use as a Naval Air
Councilman Morris seconded the motion and on roll ail oarried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris and President Roebke, (4). Noes: None. Absent:
Councilman Munro, (1).
3. Councilman Broyles introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 2021
Adopting Revised Plans and Specifications for Branch Public
Library and Addenda Thereto",
Councilman Eschen seconded the motion and on roll call carried by ttig following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris and President Roebke, (4). Noes: None.
Absent: Councilman Munro,(1).
4, Councilman Broyles introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 2022
Authorizing Gift of Landon Fernside Boulevard to the State
of California for the Construction and Maintenance of an
Armory",
Counoi 14n Morris seconded the motion and on roll call carried by the following vote:
Ayes: councilmen Broyles, Eschen, Morris and President Roebke, (4). Noes: None.
Absent: Councilman Munro, (1).
5. There being no further business to transact the Council adjourned to meet in
regular session on Tuesday morning, January 7th, 1936, ay 11 otclook A.M.
