HELD WEDNESDAY MORNING, FEBRUARY 19th 1936
The meeting convened at 11 o'clock A.M. with President Roebke presiding.
The roll was called and Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke,
were noted present. Absent: Councilmen Eschen and Morris, (2).
COMMUNICATIONS:
1.v/ A communication was presented from the City Manager, B. Ray Fritz, informing the
Council that P.W.A. grant of 01,463 will shortly be available to install new sprinkler
system at the Golf Course, and it will be necessary for the City to supply sprinkler
heads and valves, and recommending that he be authorized to write specifications for
sprinklers and valves and that the City Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids.
Councilman Broyles moved that the Council adopt these recommendations, seconded by
Councilman Munro and on roll call carried by the following vote: Ayes: Councilman Broyles
Munro and President Roebke, (3). Noes: None. Absent: Councilmen Eschen and Morris, (2).
2. There being no further business to transact, Councilman Munro moved that the Council
adjourn to meet in adjourned regular session on Monday afternoon, February 24th, 1936;,
at 2 o'clock P.M. This motion was seconded by Councilman Broyles and on roll call
carried by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke,(3).
Noes: None. Absent: Councilmen Eschen and Morris, (2).
