The meeting convened at 11 o'clock A.M. with President Eschen presiding.
The roll was called and President Esohen, (1) was noted present. Absent:
Councilmen Godfrey, .Morris and Welohhart, (3).
There being no quorum present, the meeting adjourned to meet in adjourned
regular session on Tuesday evening, September 15th, 1936, at 8 o'clock P.M.
