HELD MONDAY AFTERNOON, AUGUST 16th 1937
The meeting convened at 5:15 o'clock P.M. with President Weichhart presiding.
The roll was called, and Councilmen Carrington, Morris and President Weichhart
(3), were noted present. Absent: Councilmen Godfrey and Maurer, (2).
1. , The affidavit of service of call and notice of special meeting was presented and
ordered filed.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS:
2. Two communications from Chas. W. Loos, President Alameda Airport, Inc., dated
August 12th and 13th, 1937, in reference to payment of rental under leases, were present-
ed and ordered filed.
RESOLUTION:
3. CouncilMan Carrington introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 2187
Extending the Time for Payment of Money Rentals Payable
under Contracts of Lease dated Respectively August 7, 192
and December 3, 1929",
Councilman Morris seconded the motion, and on roll call carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Carrington, Morris and President Weichhart, (3). Noes: Nom. Absent:
Councilmen Godfrey and Maurer, (2).
4. There being no further business to transact, the Council adjourned to meet in
regular session on Tuesday evening, August 17th, 1937, at 8 o'clock P.M.
