HELD MONDAY EVENING, OCTOBER 25th, 1937
The meeting convened at 7:05 o'clock P.M. with President Weichhart presiding.
The roll was called, and Councilmen Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President
Weichhart, (4), were noted present. Absent: Councilman Carrington, (1).
RESOLUTIONS:
1, Councilman Morris introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 2203
Resolution of Intention to Change Zone on Council's
Own Initiative",
Councilman Godfrey seconded the motion, and on roll call carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart, (4). Noes: None.
Absent: Councilman Carrington, (1).

Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement of Compromise
Settling all Disputes Now and Heretofore Existing

Councilman Morris moved that the ordinance as read be adopted, seconded by Councilman
Maurer, and on roll call carried by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Godfrey,
Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart, (4). Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Carrington,
(1).

Councilman Maurer moved that the ordinance as read be adopted, seconded by Councilman

Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart, (4). Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Carrington,
(1).
4. There being no further business to transact, the Council adjourned to meet in
regular session on Tuesday evening, November 2nd, 1937, at 8 o'clock P.M.
