MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION MEETING
TUESDAY- -APRIL 20, 1999- - - 6:55 P.M.
Chair Appezzato convened the Special Meeting at 6:55 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(99-14) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property:
2315-2319 Central Avenue; Negotiating Parties:
Renaissance Rialto and City of Alameda; Under Negotiation:
Request for Community Improvement Commission financial
participation in a proposed project.
(99-15) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: APN
074-0906-040-01 (Mariner Square Drive); Negotiating
Parties: Future Computing Solutions, Inc. (FCS), Union
Pacific Railroad and City of Alameda; Under Negotiation:
Price and Terms of Payment.
Following the Closed Session, the Special Meeting was reconvened
and Chair Appezzato announced that regarding 2315-2319 Central
Avenue, the Commission gave instructions to the real property
negotiators; and regarding Mariner Square Drive, the Commission gave
instructions to the real property negotiators.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:15 p.m.
