MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -JULY 15, 2014- -6:00 P.M.
Mayor Gilmore convened the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
Roll Call – Present: Councilmembers Chen, Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore – 5.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(14-300) Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Pursuant to Government Code §
54957; Positions Evaluated: City Attorney - Janet Kern.
(14-301) Conference With Legal Counsel -Existing Litigation (54956.9); Case Name:
East Bay Regional Park District v. City of Alameda; Superior Court of the State of
California Alameda County Case No. RG12655685.
Following the Closed Session the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced that regarding Employee Performance Evaluation and Existing Litigation, no
action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 7:23 p.m.
