TheAP&TGeneralManagerrespondedthatthe$33millionconsistsof the$16millioncertificatesofparticipation,$4.8millionof"new money"andtheremaining$12.2millionwouldbecapitalized interestexpense. ViceMayor/BoardMemberDaysoginquiredwhetherthe$12.2million ininterestwaspreviouslycapitalizedorfutureinterest.
