Chair Johnson convened the Annual Meeting at 7:45 p.m. Boy Scout
Troup 6 led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Board Members Daysog, deHaan, Gilmore,
Matarrese, and Chair Johnson - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
(06-01) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council, Alameda Public
Improvement Corporation (APIC) and Alameda Public Financing
Authority Meeting of February 17, 2004 and the Annual APIC Meeting
of February 1, 2005. Approved.
Board Member deHaan moved approval of the minutes.
Board Member Gilmore seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.

None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Johnson adjourned the Annual
Meeting at 7:45 p.m.
