deHaan led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Absent: None.
MINUTES
Minutes of the APIC Meeting held on February 3, 2010; and the Annual IDA Meeting
held on May 18, 2010.
Authority Member/Commissioner Tam moved approval of the minutes.
Authority Member/Commissioner deHaan seconded the motion, which carried by the
following voice vote: Ayes: Authority Members/Commissioners deHaan, Johnson, Tam,
and Chair Gilmore — 4. Abstentions: Authority Member/Commissioner Bonta — 1.
