OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA HELD TUESDAY EVENING, JUNE 29th, 191.
The meeting convened at 8:05 olclock ,7ith Council-president Henning
presiding.
The roll was called and Councilmen Brodersen, Leydeck, Schaefer and
President Henning (4) were noted pre2ent. Absent: Councilman Murray.
Tho Clerk offered for filing the Affidavit of Delivery of Notice of
Speoial meeting to Coancilmen's addresses. Ordered filed.
The Council then proceeded with 'die canvass of election returns for
the Special Election held June 23rd, 1931. Mr. Brodersen introduced and
moved the adoption of
"Resolution llo. 1610
Declaring Result of-Spec:Ial Election Lela in
the City of Alameda, State of California, on
Tuesday, the Twenty-third Day of June, 1931,
for the Purpose of Submitting to the .•ualified
Electors of said City Ordinance no. 472 N.S.,
Reclassifying that Certain Piece or Parcel of
Land Lying Between the Northerly Line of PernsiGe
Boulevard and the Tidal Canal, and Extending
from the Easterly Line of Versailles Avenue
967.37 Feet Easterly Along the northerly Line
of Fernside Boulevard, Containing 14.35 Acres-of
Land, More or Less, from a Residence District,
Class I, to an Industrial District, Class VII."
,Mr. Leydecker seconded. the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll ea
it was adopted and passed unanimously.
There being no ,further business to'trans et the Council adjourn°
meet in regular session, Tuesday evening, July 7th, 1931, et 8 oTclock.
