HELD TUESDAY AUGUST 2, 1983
The meeting convened at 7:45 p.m. (at the conclusion of the Housing Authority Meeting)
with Chairman Diament presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Gorman.
The Invocation was given by Rev. Al Larson, First Presbyterian Church.
ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef, and Chairman Diament - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Commissioner Gorman made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Monsef, that the Minutes of
the Regular Commission Meeting of June 7, 1983, be approved as submitted; the motion
carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolution No. 83 -11 "Authorizing execution of agreement with Angus McDonald & Associ-
ates regarding technical assistance and negotiation of a Development Agreement for
the Alameda West End Project."
Commissioner Gorman made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Monsef, that the resolution
be adopted; the motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners Gorman, Hanna,
Lucas, Monsef, and Chairman Diament - 5. Noes: None. Absent: None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting adjourned
at 7:40 p.m. to meet in regular session Tuesday, August 16, 1983, at 7:25 p.m.
