HELD TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 20, 1983
The meeting convened at 7 :25 p.m. with Chairman Diament presiding. The Pledge of
Allegiance was led by Commissioner Monsef. The Invocation was given by Rev. Larry
Nelson, Trinity Lutheran Church.
ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Hanna, Lucas, Monsef, and Chairman Diament - 4.
Absent: Commissioner Gorman - 1.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolution No. 83 -12 "Stating for the record that the City does not intend to acquire
property of the Alameda Belt Line located within the West End Community Improvement
Project Area and which is currently being used."
Commissioner Lucas made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Monsef, that the resolution
be adopted; the motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners Hanna,
Lucas, Monsef, and Chairman Diament - 4. Noes: None. Absent: Commissioner Gorman- 1.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting adjourned
at 7:30 p.m. to meet in regular session Tuesday, October 18, 1983, at 7:30 p.m.
