ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and Chairman Diament - 5.
Absent: None.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolution No. 84 -16 "Approving Budget from July 1, 1983 through June 30, 1984
and approving a loan from the City of Alameda to finance Commission activities
and authorizing the Executive Director to execute agreement to repay funds to the
City of Alameda."
Commissioner Lucas expressed a concern regarding
monies available for improvements in the Distric

Commissioner Gorman motioned, seconded by Commissioner Lucas, to adopt the
resolution; the motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners
Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and Chairman Diament - 5. Noes: None.
Absent: None.
Resolution No. 84 -17 "Approving and adopting 1984 -85 Budget."
Commissioner Gorman motioned, seconded by Commissioner Hanna, that the
resolution be adopted; the motion carried by the following vote: Ayes:
Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and Chairman Diament - 5.
Noes: None. Absent: None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting
adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
