HELD TUESDAY DECEMBER 18, 1984
The meeting convened at 7:50 p.m. (after the Joint Meeting of the City Council
and the Community Improvement Commission) with Chairman Diament presiding.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Gorman and the Invocation
was given by Reverend John Foley, Court Street United Methodist Church.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and
Chairman Diament - 5.
Absent: None.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolution No. 84 -22 "A resolution of the Community Improvement Commission of
the City of Alameda approving the execution of an Owner Participation Agreement."
It was moved by Commissioner Hanna, and seconded by Commissioner Lucas, that
the resolution be adopted; the motion carried by the following vote: Ayes:
Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and Chairman Diament - 5. Noes:
None. Absent: None.
Resolution No. 84 -23 "A resolution of the Community Improvement Commission of
the City of Alameda approving and adopting amended rules governing participation
by, and the extension of reasonable preference to, property owners and tenants in
the West End Community Improvement Project."
Commissioner Hanna moved, seconded by Commissioner Monsef, that the resolution
be adopted; the motion carried by the following vote: Ayes. Commissioners
Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and Chairman Diament - 5. Noes: None. Absent:
None.
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting
adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
