REGULAR MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY JUNE 18, 1985
The meeting convened at 7:25 p.m. with Acting Chairman Monsef presiding. The
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Lucas. Reverend Martell
Twitchell gave the Invocation.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Corica, Hanna, Lucas, and Acting
Chairman Monsef - 4.
Absent: Chairman Diament - 1.
MINUTES
Commissioner Lucas motioned, seconded by Commissioner Hanna, that the
minutes of May 21, 1985, be approved as submitted; the motion carried
by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioners Hanna, Lucas and Acting
Chairman Monsef - 3. Noes: None. Absent: Chairman Diament - 1.
Abstentions: Commissioner Corica - 1.
RESOLUTIONS
85 -24 "Approving a loan from the City of Alameda to finance Commission
act vities during Fiscal Year 1985 -86 and authorizing Executive Director
to execute agreement to repay funds to City of Alameda."
Commissioner Hanna moved, seconded

It was moved by Commissioner Hanna, seconded by Commissioner Corica,
that the resolution be adopted. The motion carried by the following
vote: Commissioners Corica, Hanna, Lucas and Acting Chairman Monsef - 4.
Noes: None. Absent: Chairman Diament - 1.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
