The meeting convened at 7:25 p.m. with Chairman Diament presiding.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Lucas. Reverend
Charles Dubbs, First Christian Church, gave the Invocation.

MINUTES
The minutes of the Regular Commission meeting held July 16, 1985,
were approved as submitted on a motion by Commissioner Lucas,
seconded by Commissioner Monsef, and carried by unanimous voice
vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no business to come before the Commission, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
