REGULAR MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY DECEMBER 17, 1985
The meeting convened at 7:25 p.m. with Chairman Diament presiding.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Lucas. Reverend
John Foley, Court Street Methodist Church, gave the Invocation.

Commissioners Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and
Chairman Diament - 5.
None.
MINUTES
The minutes of the Regular Commission meeting held November 19, 1985,
and the Adjourned Regular Commission of November 21, 1985,
were approved as submitted on a motion by Commissioner Hanna, seconded
by Commissioner Lucas, and carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
(Note: Commissioner Monsef abstained from voting on the approval of
the November 21, 1985, minutes, because he was unable to attend the
entire meeting.)
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
85 -29 From Fred Scullin, 1120 Chestnut Street, requesting that the
transcript of the proceedings of the CIC Adjourned Regular Meeting of
November 21, 1985, and his letter of November 29, 1985, be placed on
the agenda.
Commissioner Lucas moved, seconded by Commissioner Hanna, that the
communication be accepted. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote
- 5.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
85 -30 From City Manager /Executive Director submitting Annual
Report of the Community Improvement Commission.
Commissioner Corica moved, seconded by Councilmember Monsef,
acceptance of the report, which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the
meeting was adjourned to January 21, 1986.
