REGULAR MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY JULY 15, -1986
The meeting convened at 7:25 p.m. with Chairman Diament
presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner
Hanna. Reverend Su Schlagel, First Christian Church, gave the
invocation.

of the Adjourned Regular Commission meeting held June 24,
approved as submitted on a motion by Commissioner Lucas.
Monsef seconded the motion which carried by the following
Commissioners Corica, Lucas, Monsef and Chairman Diament
None. Absent: None. Abstentions: Commissioner Hanna
RESOLUTIONS
86 -33 Resolution No. 86 -30 "Approving a loan from the City of Alameda
to finance Commission activities and authorizing the Executive
Director to execute Agreement to repay funds to the City of Alameda."
Adopted.
After brief Council discussion regarding interest rates, financial
obligations, and budget terminology (concerning reimbursements for
services rendered by the City to agencies), Commissioner Hanna made a
motion to approve the resolution. Commissioner Monsef seconded the
motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
86 -34 Resolution No. 86 -31 "Approving and adopting a budget for the
Fiscal Year 1986 -87." Adopted.
Commissioner Monsef made a motion to adopt the resolution subject to
the Council's approval of the 1986 -87 Budget to be addressed under the
Regular Council Agenda for July 15, 1986. Commissioner Corica
seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
