REGULAR MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 1986
The meeting convened at 7:25 p.m. with Chairman Diament
presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner
Corica. Pastor Nahnsen gave the Invocation.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and. Diament - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
The minutes of the Commission meeting held August 19, 1986, were
approved as submitted on a motion by Commissioner Hanna. Commissioner
Monsef seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
RESOLUTIONS
86 -35 Resolution No. 86 -32 "Authorizing approval of an Annual Budget
and required documents for the Affordable Housing Agreement."
Following the City Manager's and Community Development Director's
explanation of the Annual Budget and documents, Commissioner Hanna
moved that the resolution be adopted; Commissioner Monsef seconded
the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
There being no further business before the Commission, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
