REGULAR MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY DECEMBER 16, 1986
The meeting convened at 7:25 p.m. with Chairman Diament presiding.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Lucas. Reverend
Stinson gave the Invocation.
ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and
Chairman Diament - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
The minutes of the regular Commission meeting held November 18, 1986,
were approved as submitted on a motion by Commissioner Hanna, seconded
by Commissioner Monsef, and carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
86 -36 From Executive Director submitting the Annual Report of the
Community Improvement Commission.
The Executive Director explained the purpose of the report.
Following discussion on tax allocation bonds and employment
opportunities, Commissioner Monsef made a motion to accept the
recommendation to transmit the report to the City Council;
Commissioner Corica seconded the motion which carried by
unanimous voice vote -5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
the meeting was adjourned to January 20, 1987.
