The meeting convened at 7:45 p.m., with Chairman Corica presiding.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas, and
Chairman Corica - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Commissioner Haugner made a motion to accept the minutes of the
Community Improvement Commission Meeting of March 15, 1988.
Commissioner Monsef seconded the motion and it was carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
88-48 From Finance Director submitting audit of Affordable Housing
Agreement relative to 1985 Tax Allocation Bond Issue.
Councilmember Camicia made a motion to accept the report, and
Councilmember Monsef seconded the motion.
Councilmember Thomas commented that it bothers her that $1,134,000
was spent so that seven people could have very nice homes at a
time when there is a critical shortage of mid-affordable housing.
There being no further business before the Commission, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
