COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY JANUARY 17, 1989
The meeting convened at 7:25 p.m., with Acting Chairperson Thomas
presiding. The invocation was given by Rev. Robert Keller, and
the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Arnerich.

MINUTES
Commissioner Monsef made a motion to accept the minutes of the
regular Community Improvement Commission Meeting of December 20,
1988. Commissioner Camicia seconded the motion and it was carried
by unanimous voice vote - 4.
RESOLUTIONS
89 -51 Resolution No. 89 -37 "Authorizing Amendment of the Owner
Participation Agreement between the Community Improvement
Commission and Marina Village." Adopted.
Commissioner Camicia made a motion to adopt the resolution.
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which was carried by
unanimous voice vote - 4.
89 -52 Resolution No. 89 -38 "Amending the Affordable Housing
Agreement between the Community Improvement Commission and Marina
Village by partial termination thereof." Adopted.
Commissioner Camicia made a motion to adopt the resolution.
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which was carried by
unanimous voice vote - 4.

89 -53 Resolution No. 89 -39 "Authorizing execution of the
Affordable Housing Agreement with the Alameda Housing Authority."
Adopted.
Commissioner Camicia made a motion to adopt the resolution.
Commissioner Arnerich seconded the motion which was carried by
unanimous voice vote - 4.
There being no further business before the Commission, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
