COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY - - - - - - - - - - - - SEPTEMBER 19, 1989
The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m., with Acting Chairman Arnerich
presiding. The invocation was given by Reverend Robert Keller,
and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Camicia.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Camicia, Thomas, Withrow, and
Acting Chairman Arnerich - 4.
Absent: Chairman Corica - 1.
MINUTES
Commissioner Camicia made a motion to accept the minutes of the
regular Community Improvement Commission Meeting of August 15,
1989. Commissioner Withrow seconded the motion and it was
carried by unanimous voice vote - 4.
RESOLUTIONS
89 -56 Resolution No. 89 -42 "Authorizing Subordination of
Affordable Housing Agreement between Housing Authority and City
of Alameda Community Improvement Commission." Adopted.
Tom Matthews, Executive Director, Housing Authority, explained
the background of the matter.
Commissioner Withrow made a motion to adopt the resolution.
Commissioner Camicia seconded the motion which was carried by
unanimous voice vote - 4.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
the meeting was adjourned by Acting Chairman Arnerich at 7:35
p.m.
