MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY - - - - - - - - - - - NOVEMBER 7, 1989
The meeting convened at 7:35 p.m., with Chairman Corica presiding.
The invocation was given by Reverend Doug Henderson, and the
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Withrow.

MINUTES
Commissioner Arnerich made a motion to accept the minutes of the
regular Community Improvement Commission Meeting of October 17,
1989. Commissioner Withrow seconded the motion which was carried
by unanimous voice vote - 4.
89-57 Resolution No. 89-43 "Approving Amendment No. 2 to the
Owner Participation Agreement between the Community Improvement
Commission of the City of Alameda and Alameda Real Estate
Investments." Adopted.
Commissioner Arnerich moved adoption of the resolution.
Commissioner Withrow seconded the motion which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 4.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the
meeting was adjourned by Chairman Corica at 7:41 p.m.
