MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE
COMITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - MAY 1, 1990
The meeting convened at 7:35 p.m., with Vice - Chairman Arnerich
presiding. The invocation was given by Reverend Robert Keller,
and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Camicia.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Camicia, Thomas, Withrow,
and Vice - Chairman Arnerich - 4.
Absent: Chairman Corica - 1.
MINUTES
The minutes of the regular Community Improvement Commission
Meeting of April 17, 1990, were not considered.
REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
90 -62 From Executive Director regarding prohibitions and
financial disclosure requirements under the Community
Redevelopment Law.
Commissioner Camicia moved approval of the report and
recommendation [that the letter from McDonough, Holland & Allen,
dated April 10, 1990, with attachments, be entered into the
Minutes of this meeting, by reference, and that the City Clerk
implement financial disclosure requirements]. Commissioner
Withrow seconded the motion which was carried by unanimous voice
vote - 4.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
the meeting was adjourned by Vice - Chairman Arnerich at 7 :41 p.m.
